What I ate for dinner

This impeccable pairing

So I ate beetroot for dinner. A homemade curry. I love beetroot. And it’s good for you. Especially if you’re a runner or an athlete.

It’s good for you because it helps to dilate blood vessels, thereby increasing blood flow. An important thing when you’re running flat out and your lungs are screaming for more oxygen.

I also ate fries. I love fries. And they’re good for you. Especially if you’re human.

They’re good for you because they taste good.
